• Account details: your name and email address when you register, or basic profile information if you sign in with Google.
• Resume content: the files you upload and the resume data, tailored versions and cover letters you create.
• Job targets: job descriptions and links you provide to tailor a resume.
• Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information only to:

• Provide the service: store your resumes, extract their content, and generate tailored versions and cover letters
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Respond to your support and privacy requests
• Improve reliability and fix problems

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your resume content to advertise to you.

To extract and tailor resume content, your text is processed by AI models through our hosting platform's AI gateway. This processing happens only when you use those features (for example, uploading a resume or generating a tailored version) and only with the content needed for that task.

Your data is stored in our cloud backend with row-level access controls, so each account can only read and modify its own resumes. Access to the service is encrypted in transit. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except the service providers that operate the platform (hosting, authentication, storage and AI processing), and only as needed to run the service, or where required by law.

• Edit or delete any resume content at any time from the builder
• Request an export or deletion of your account data by emailing us from your account address
• Stop using the service at any time

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete content it is removed from active storage; backups may retain copies for a limited period before being overwritten.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
